Since I was very little I was interested in the world of cooking and I decided that I wanted to be a chef. Throughout all this time I have been training and gaining experience from the best restaurants where I have worked.
I define myself as a meticulous, professional, clean and creative chef with influences from the Mediterranean cuisine.
I love my job, but what pleases me the most is seeing the client enjoy the evening.
The idea of a chef at home comes from my passion to transmit and share my knowledge and make the kitchen more accessible and interactive for my guests.
